Lesson terms

These simple rules help us both to enjoy the lessons. By booking a lesson with me you agree to them.

Lessons

• Regular lessons last 50 minutes. The trial lesson is free and lasts 30 minutes.
• Lessons are online, one to one, on Google Meet. You will receive the link by email when you book.
• Please join on time. If you arrive late, the lesson still ends at the planned time.

Booking, changes and cancellations

• You can book through the booking calendar. Times are shown in your own time zone.
• You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before the lesson. Please write to me or use the link in your booking email.
• If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or you do not show up, the lesson is counted as taught.
• If I need to cancel, I will tell you as soon as possible and we will find another time, or I will refund that lesson.

Prices and payment

I will tell you the price of a single lesson and of lesson packages before your first paid lesson, and we agree payment details by email. Lessons are paid in advance unless we agree otherwise.

Materials

The materials I create (PDFs, tables, exercises) are for your personal use while you are my student. Please do not share or sell them.

Recordings

Lessons are not recorded unless both of us agree to it beforehand.

Technical problems

If a technical problem on my side stops the lesson, we will make up the lost time. If the problem is on your side, please tell me and we will see what we can do.
